Printed Curcuit Boards are complex products to produce and inspect. Hence they require Automated Optical Inspection systems to inspect all the details on the board and ensure that no defective product passes the Qualite Check and, even worse, sent to your customers.
Lenses can seem simple at first glance but they can have many defects like scratches, bubbles, wrong shape or dimensions, which are not visible to human eye. Hence, it's important to have an Automated Optical Inspection system to ensure the quality of produced products.
Inspection of machined parts is a crucial step in the Quality Assurance process. Some of the most faced problems in machining are burrs, casting defects (porosity, cracks, etc) and dimensional errors. It's crucial to detect these defects, otherwise the part will not fit well in the assembly process or will leak water or gas in the final product.
Surface Inspection is a part of many Quality Assurance processes, because most products can't be accepted with a dirty or scratchy surface. Since most of the surface inspection tasks can't be done reliably by human operators alone, an Automated Optical Inspection system can be of a great help in finding surface defects.
This is an Automated Optical Inspection instrument for PCB assembly. It can detect defects like missing components, bad soldering and wrong component type. Would you like to see how it works?
Watch demoThis is a surface inspection instrument from Intelec AI. It can detect particles of diameter as tiny as 30 mikron on a relatively of surface. Why do we need to detect external particles at all?
Watch demoThis optical inspection system characterizes the color of shiny metal plates ๐๐ Multiple industrial and academic partners participated in the project. The project was backed by Innovation Booster Microtech and Innosuisse.
Watch demoWe developed and installed an Automated Geometrical Inspection application at Swiss Smart Factory. It inspects the geometrical dimensions of the 3D printed parts, which are produced in the factory.
Read moreThis is an inspection robot. It can inspect the size and placement of holes in manufactured parts. Robot arms are used in factories to automate tasks, like dispensing, welding and palletization ...
Watch demoThis is an intelligent scale, which can see what is put on it and recognize it. It has a camera, scale and a mobile printer, both of which connect to the main body wrirelessly. But why do we need an intelligent scale? Let me explain ...
